accredited laboratory for analysis- identifying the types and
quantities of mold spores in the air in the home
  • A PDF electronic report provides the results of inspection and
lab analysis on the samples taken
  • If mold is found, a Resource List of recommended local
    remediators is provided for comparison
  • A Remediation Protocol can be provided  that supplies
comprehensive direction for a mold remediation company to
effectively remove any mold discovered (or, if desired,
    instructions for DIY remediation)
  • Round-trip travel to home is included at no extra charge
POST-REMEDIATION CLEARANCE VERIFICATION

spores and the unhealthy condition through your whole house.
