STANDARD RESIDENTIAL MOLD INSPECTION SERVICE
- A thorough visual inspection of the entire home is performed
along with recording pertinent information from the homeowner - The environment in the home is checked for conditions that
contribute to mold growth, primarily high relative humidity - Building materials are checked with moisture meters to
determine moisture content that can support mold growth - Air Quality Samples are collected and sent to an independent,
accredited laboratory for analysis- identifying the types and
quantities of mold spores in the air in the home - A PDF electronic report provides the results of inspection and
lab analysis on the samples taken - If mold is found, a Resource List of recommended local
remediators is provided for comparison - A Remediation Protocol can be provided that supplies
comprehensive direction for a mold remediation company to
effectively remove any mold discovered (or, if desired,
instructions for DIY remediation) - Round-trip travel to home is included at no extra charge
